update: Neymar makes final decision amid Chelsea interest
With PSG’s star striker, Kylian Mbappe, agreeing to a new deal and rejecting Real Madrid, speculations suggested that Neymar was looking to leave the club.
PSG intends to develop the club around the World Cup champion in the hopes of capturing the coveted Champions League trophy, and in order to keep him, they have prioritized Mbappe over Neymar, who cost the club a world record £200 million in 2017.

Neymar has now said that he wants to stay with the French champions.
“I haven’t heard anything like that so far, but the fact is that I want to remain,” he told the Oh My Goal website.
