Real Madrid have agreed new contract with Brazilian centre-back until 2028 summer

According to Diario AS, Real Madrid and Brazilian centre-back Eder Militao have agreed on a new deal. In the next days, the 24-year-old will put pen to paper to commit his future to the Santiago Bernabeu until the summer of 2028.

Militao has been crucial for Real Madrid this season, forging a great defensive pairing with David Alaba. Sergio Ramos and Raphael Varane have not been missed at the Santiago Bernabeu due to his excellent form.

Militao joined Real Madrid from Porto in the summer of 2019 for €50 million, becoming him the club’s most expensive defender ever. Under Carlo Ancelotti, he started 50 games and scored two goals. He has totaled 91 appearances for the club.
