Real Madrid fans shout insults towards Mbappe during Marcelo’s speech

Marcelo has already stated that he has played his final game for Real Madrid, but a non-Real Madrid player was on everyone’s mind when he addressed to the club’s supporters during their Champions League trophy ceremony on Sunday.
To the chagrin of Los Blancos fans, Kylian Mbappe recently turned down a free-agent move to Real Madrid in order to sign a new three-year contract deal with Paris Saint-Germain.

During Marcelo’s statement, Real Madrid supporters sang, “Mbappe, son of a b*tch.”

“How can I not adore you?” answered the Brazilian.

These remarks follow Real Madrid president Florentino Perez’s discussion of the French striker the day before.

“Real Madrid will always aim to have the finest players,” Florentino Perez stated. “But Mbappe has already been forgotten, so it’s not a huge concern.”
“Real Madrid enjoyed a fantastic season, but it has already been forgotten.”

“There is no Mbappe today, but there is a Real Madrid party.”
