Marina begins ‘negotiations’ Chelsea to sign 17M Rated USA International star

Chelsea are reportedly “very interested” in Barcelona winger Sergino Dest, according to Sport.Blues director Marina Granovskaia is in “negotiations” with Barcelona, according to the Catalan daily, with the American anticipated to be included in a potential transfer.
Cesar Azpilicueta and Marcos Alonso are both wanted by the La Liga club, but owing to a shortage of cash, they are ready to transfer players instead.

According to Granovskaia, Chelsea is interested in signing Dest and reserve goalkeeper Neto. During the January transfer window, Dest was connected with a loan move to Stamford Bridge, but it now looks that the deal will be permanent.
