Real Madrid

In the summer of 2022, this is the best forward Real Madrid could sign

Real Madrid will not spend only spend in the summer of 2022 transfer window, but after Kylian Mbappe chose to stay at PSG following one of the longest transfer sagas in history, Los Blancos are looking for alternatives.

Florentino Perez will be cautious, although reinforcements are feasible in two places. With Marco Asensio likely leaving, the right-wing might be an opportunity, however, Real could just as easily utilize a loanee or prospect alongside Rodrygo Goes (and Fede Valverde).

Then, given Luka Jovic and Mariano Diaz are practically expected to depart the club this summer, Carlo Ancelotti has requested a backup striker. Some Madridistas want the team to sign a premium player, therefore Juanmi Latasa and Borja Mayoral are possibilities.

Gabriel Jesus, Amine Gouiri, and Serge Gnabry are among the most frequent names mentioned, although none of these three are the finest overall player Real Madrid could buy. It isn’t even Riyad Mahrez of Manchester City. Rafael Leao of Milan, for example.

This season, Christopher Nkunku established himself as one of the finest in the world.
All are excellent players, but Christopher Nkunku of RB Leipzig is the greatest overall striker linked to Real Madrid. Ahead of Robert Lewandowski, the player who just came off the bench to help Karim Benzema in the UEFA Nations League was named Bundesliga Player of the Season. And Bundesliga fans were ecstatic to see Nkunku triumph against the more well-known talent.

After a disastrous start to the season under Jesse Marsh, Nkunku led Leipzig to a top-four finish. In the DFB Pokal Final, he was decisive in his leadership and quality, bringing the club’s first trophy.

Nkunku, who is only 24, is already one of the finest players in the world, and if the Ballon d’Or wasn’t such a popularity contest, he would be a lock for a top-five finish in the 2021/22 season.

Nkunku is a truly world-class striker, left-winger, right-winger, and offensive midfielder, among other positions. He plays more than five different positions/roles for Leipzig on a regular basis. After serving as Timo Werner’s table-setter, Nkunku has transitioned from primary playmaker to primary goal-scorer. But there is one thing that all of them have in common. He is the best player on the Leipzig team.

Nkunku is worth breaking the bank for Real Madrid if they want a young, flexible superstar who can flourish in a variety of situations. Leipzig will drive a hard bargain since they do not want to trade such a vital player to their team in terms of both quality and leadership. Real, on the other hand, has a lot of money, and what they claim is true. Quality takes precedence over quantity. Nkunku may not be as well-known as Mbappe or Erling Haaland, but he was on par with them in terms of quality this season, scoring 20 goals and adding 13 assists in the Bundesliga, as well as seven goals in the Champions League, four in the Europa League, and four in the DFB Pokal.
The overall statistics are fantastic, but it’s the way Nkunku takes on the role of leader and succeeds in the biggest games that appeal to me the most. He, probably more than anybody else on the transfer market, possesses the attitude required to be a great player at Real Madrid. Because we know Perez would be careful, Nkunku is not the most “practical” alternative. However, certain “risks” are worthwhile. It is sometimes worthwhile to invest the money you have in quality. Make no mistake, Nkunku has the highest quality of anybody accessible.
