Getafe proceed to sign three players owned by Real Madrid

The summer transfer market technically opens on Friday, but teams have already begun negotiating deals. Real Madrid has worked on some of the arrivals so far, but it is now time for the club to focus on significant player departures and renewals before looking to add to their roster.

Isco and Gareth Bale have both left the club as free agents, while Marcelo has declared his exit. Players who aren’t in the club’s plans must be sold to create a place for newcomers. Getafe, Real Madrid’s local rival, appears to be interested in assisting Real since they are apparently interested in recruiting three Real Madrid players.

Mariano Diaz (reported by AS), Mario Gila (reported by Sergio Santos), and Jorge de Frutos have all been connected with Getafe, who narrowly avoided relegation last season. The Madrid-based team has also been associated with Gareth Bale and Luka Jovic, but according to the newest sources, such rumors are incorrect.
Getafe is known for its high-octane style of play, and Mariano, who has finally decided to leave Real Madrid, is a player that fits very well with their philosophy. The Dominican-Spanish striker is noted for his intense pressing and habit of making his presence felt on the pitch with many physical duels, which is something we frequently see from a Getafe attacker.

Getafe prefers Mariano to Real Madrid’s Luka Jovic, who was previously connected with Getafe, according to AS, and this makes a lot of sense.

Mario Gila, a center-back for Real Madrid Castilla, has also been connected with Getafe. The Azulones want to recruit him on loan. The Spaniard is a competent defender who pleased Carlo Ancelotti in pre-season last summer and has since made his first-team debut. A rock-solid defender like him would thrive in Getafe, where he could further improve his game.
Jorge de Frutos, the third player, is not a Real Madrid player, but the club owns 50% of his rights and will profit 50% from a prospective move from Levante to Getafe. The 25-year-old winger, who was linked with a move to the Merengues last summer, is a very gifted winger who needs to go to a LaLiga club following Levante’s relegation. This transfer would be extremely beneficial to him, and the wide player would have a great chance at Levante.
