Chelsea news: ‘Don’t go to Chelsea’ says Liverpool legend advises Chelsea target

Wesley Fofana, a defender for Leicester City, has been linked to a transfer to Chelsea.

After an unsuccessful attempt to sign Jules Kounde, the Blues, according to rumors, have turned to Fofana.

Steve Nicol, a former Liverpool defender, has now joined Fofana and decided against joining Chelsea.

The Liverpool veteran thinks Fofana, 21, wouldn’t make the best choice if he transferred to Chelsea.

The defender has been informed by Steve Nicol that he is not yet prepared to join Chelsea:

According to Nicol, “If Fofana goes to Chelsea, he’s off his mind.”

“The child isn’t ready; you might say he burst onto the scene, but he isn’t even close to being the final product.

His starting position is his major issue. Even if you make errors when playing for Leicester every week, you’ll learn more quickly and become a completed product.

“If you’re not playing consistently, you’re not going to be doing it at Chelsea. He needs to play frequently or he’ll be crazy to go to Chelsea.”
